1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and uujili Casino ("uujili," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the uujili online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at uujili.cam (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you expressly acknowledge and accept these Terms in their entirety. 2. You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where your participation would be unlawful.
4. You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of uujili Casino or any of its affiliated game providers, software suppliers, or partner companies.
5. You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform due to a violation of these Terms.
6. You must hold a valid, verified account in your own true identity. Registration using false, fictitious, or third-party information is strictly prohibited.

3.Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the uujili platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address. You agree to promptly update your account information to maintain its accuracy.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. uujili will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login details. You must immediately notify uujili Customer Support if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

uujili operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may require you to complete identity verification procedures (KYC) before processing withdrawals or upon reaching certain deposit thresholds. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

uujili Casino currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and select cryptocurrency wallets. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published in the Platform's banking section and are subject to change at our discretion with reasonable notice. uujili reserves the right to apply processing fees on certain payment methods; applicable fees will always be disclosed prior to transaction confirmation.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours, subject to successful completion of any applicable KYC verification. uujili does not guarantee processing times for third-party payment providers and shall not be liable for delays caused by banks or e-wallet services.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that were used for deposits, and uujili reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).

5.Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by uujili are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of each promotion. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PHP and must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

6.Gameplay Rules

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer processes, as applicable.

2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
3. Exploiting software bugs, loopholes, or technical errors for financial gain
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage
5. Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering strategies
6. Attempting to launder money or engage in any activity that violates Philippine AML laws
7. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
8. Allowing a minor (anyone under 21 years of age) to access or use your account
9. Threatening, harassing, or abusing uujili staff, agents, or other players
10. Any conduct that uujili reasonably determines to be fraudulent, dishonest, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform

10.Intellectual Property

All content available on the uujili platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trade names, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the proprietary property of uujili Casino or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from uujili.

11.Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12.Termination

uujili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably determine that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to our Customer Support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you subject to KYC verification and applicable payment processing timelines.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 10, 11, and 13 — shall survive the termination of your account and these Terms.

13.Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the uujili platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

uujili Casino operates in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of their own jurisdiction.

14.Amendments

uujili reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
